Valmet’s workshop in Tampere, Finland challenges the expertise of its welders every single day. The workshop produces boiler pressure parts for energy and recovery boilers. Senior Manager, Production Ville Lehtikangas tells that the unit – a part of Valmet’s Pulp and Energy business line – employs about 100 people of whom roughly 75 are welders.
