Flexlite TX welding torches

Kemppi offers a wide range of different TIG welding torches. We have several models for both air-cooled and water-cooled TIG welding. Kemppi also offers torches for several currents, torches with large or small torch heads as well as gas valve torches. 

Each Flexlite TX torch is equipped with a sticker located approximately one meter behind the handle. The sticker has a product code and QR code identifying the torch. The model name is also printed on the silicone band near the orange machine connector.

Small consumables fit the small torch head, and large consumables fit the large torch head. The consumable type can be selected between the lens and standard consumables. Lens consumables have a more laminar gas flow and are used when good gas shielding is important (Ss, Al for example).

Kemppi TIG consumables are tested by Kemppi and have guaranteed compatibility with Flexlite TX torches. Also, shielding gas flow has a significant effect on weld quality, and it really matters what kind of consumables your welding torch is equipped with. Watch our video comparison about shielding gas flow and see how Kemppi consumables make a difference. 

Series 5 models are designed to make TIG welding more efficient and provide the best welding ergonomics in all welding positions. An optional on-torch remote control allows accurate welding current adjustment at a distance. You can choose from a rocker or roller type of switch. Series 5 models are equipped with snap connectors in water hoses and a 7-pin control cable connector. 

Series 3 models improve your welding satisfaction with great usability. A wide range of models with different capacities, sizes, and lengths ensure that you will always find the best welding torch for each welding task. Series 3 models have screw-in connectors in water hoses and a 4-pin control cable connector. In addition, Series 3 includes models with a Euro connector and a DIX connector. Dix connector models have a shielding gas valve in the torch body. 

You can choose either a roller-type current control switch or a rocker-type current control switch. An optional on-torch remote control is available for Flexlite TX Series 5 TIG welding torches.
