In MIG/MAG welding, arc ignition plays a key role in welding quality. Any instability will result in the post-weld cleaning of spatters, which eats up resources and hinders productivity in industrial environments. Manual welding

Managing welding production with a cloud-based software solution has considerable advantages. For one, it gives work supervisors or quality assurance teams the convenience of working remotely from home. It increases transparency, quality and efficiency, thanks to improved information flow and traceability. The welders also receive immediate feedback on their work.

Digitalization

Some metals, like aluminum, have a naturally occurring, tough surface oxide layer. That surface oxide layer must be removed to enable successful welding. In the case of aluminum alloys, the surface oxide layer has a significantly higher melting temperature (approximately 2000°C) than the melting temperature of the aluminum base material (660°C).
