Get ready for the new automation range from Kemppi

Finnish Kemppi Oy, one of the leading manufacturers of arc welding equipment and pioneer of welding management software and service solutions, is taking a major step towards automated welding.
At the Blechexpo and Schweisstec fairs Kemppi is presenting upcoming solutions for automated welding for the benefit of industries such as automotive, shipbuilding, oil and gas, and tube and pipe manufacturing.

The new mechanized product range will consist of total of six new mechanization systems for MIG and TIG welding both for straight and orbital welding. The range will include systems in different value levels from simple and compact battery powered systems to the most advanced professional solutions for multilayer welding of pipes and tubes. The smart design is demonstrated in cleverly integratedsolutions and easy user interfaces which enable more cost efficient welding through savings in time and rework.
The new system for robotic welding will include a complete process package with brand new robotic MIG welder. The A7 MIG Welder 450 is suitable for any industry using robotic welding for thin and thick mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Modern web browser based interface allows an easy access to the system, savings in set up time together with quality control benefits.
The unique Kemppi Wise application software improves significantly the welding production efficiency of both the robotic and mechanized MIG systems. As an example, WiseFusion can increase welding speed by 20 % and lower heat input with the same amount. All automation solutions include high quality Kemppi power sources.
The new automation solutions will be sold and serviced by Kemppi’s worldwide sales and support network. The new products will come to the markets in the beginning of 2016
