Kemppi India and Amaljyothi College of Engineering have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to set up Kemppi Amaljyothi Centre of Welding at Kanjirappali in the state of Kerala.
Amaljyothi College is a renowned college in the field of education and have several institutions under their brand name.
The MOU was signed by Rashmi Ranjan Mohapatra, Managing Director of Kemppi India, and Rev Dr. Fr Jose Kannampuzha, Principal Amaljyothi College of Engineering in presence of Dr. Samuel, Dr. Shaju Albert and Mr. Radhakrishnan Unni.
The centre will undertake training welders from different strata of the society. A special program has been developed for girl students.
The Metallurgy department will carry out R&D activities in collaboration with Kemppi India to contribute to the field of welding.
Kemppi India promotes the idea of “SKILL DEVELOPMENT” in India.
