Company structure
Kemppi Group Oy is the parent company of Kemppi Oy and Kempower Oy. It is responsible for the long-term development of Kemppi Group’s market and owner value.
Kemppi Oy Group is formed by Kemppi Oy and its subsidiaries and is the operating entity for the welding business. With its headquarters in Lahti, Finland, the company has 20 subsidiaries and close to 800 employees around the world. Italian welding torch manufacturer Trafimet Group SpA is part of the Kemppi Oy Group.
Both Kemppi Group and Kemppi Oy Group are owned by the Kemppi family and headed by the third generation.
