Global Kemppi warranty up to three years

Kemppi welding equipment is designed and tested for professional industrial environments. As a guarantee of high quality, we offer our customers a global warranty up to three years. 

When you purchase your welding equipment from a Kemppi representative, your equipment will be registered into our warranty register database by the seller. By finalizing your warranty registration in Kemppi's My Fleet service within two months from the date of purchase, you will gain a full warranty period of three years when applicable. If you are using My Fleet for the first time, the system will automatically create an account for you during the registration process.

When your warranty registration has been successfully completed, you can download a registration document where the applicable warranty period is shown. This warranty certificate will also be stored in your My Fleet account, which you can easily access online anywhere in the world.

Is the 3-year warranty period valid for all products?

After finalizing the warranty registration within two months from the date of purchase, the 3-year warranty period is valid for power sources, wire feeders, and cooling units in all product families, excluding control panels, HAX welding machines, and mechanized welding equipment.

The warranty period for auto-darkening welding filters (ADF), powered air-purifying respirators (PAPR), and air regulation valves is two years. For all batteries and chargers, the warranty period is 12 months.

The maximum warranty period for GXe welding torches is six (6) months.

The Warranty does NOT cover the following products: Welding face shields, welding torches' and guns' consumable parts, remote controls, cables, wire feed unit feed rolls, and guide tubes.

The third warranty year is not applicable if the product is leased to third parties.

What do I need to finalize my warranty registration?

In order to complete the warranty registration form, you will need the serial number and security code of your equipment. Both can be found in the rating plate on the back or inside of your equipment, or the RFID packaging label.

What does the warranty cover?

The Kemppi warranty covers both spare parts and determined labor provision provided by an authorized Kemppi service supplier.

What is My Fleet?

My Fleet is an online service for Kemppi customers. When you have finalized the registration of your equipment, your warranty certificate will be stored online in your My Fleet account. From there, you can also download the certificate to your own computer. If you are using My Fleet for the first time, the system will automatically create an account for you during the registration process.
