Kemppi Oy and Kemppi Group Oy have completed change negotiations, which the companies announced on 13 February 2024. The aim of the negotiations was to ensure maintaining group’s competitiveness and cost efficiency of the welding business in the long term and strengthening the conditions for implementing growth strategy.
